Niv Sarne
Executive Director and CEO
With solid basis in engineering as well as rich experience investment, finance and venture capital business, Niv Sarne, CEO of ProSeed, is at home in both the Israeli and the US business scene. His record includes an impressive collection of entrepreneurial projects in both countries. Prior to joining ProSeed in March 2007, Sarne had his own private consulting specializing in corporate finance activities. Prior to that he worked at First Analysis Corporation with the chemistry-enabled businesses group in Chicago on venture capital, private equity and M&A deals Niv holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a B.Sc. in civil engineering from the Technion (with honors).
Moshe Shahaf
Executive Chairman of the Board
Mr. Shahaf contributes to Tehuti Networks a broad technical knowledge and twenty years of experience in the management of multinational engineering teams. He has held many highly regarded positions throughout his career. Shahaf has a strong operational background and acquired expertise in semiconductor technologies and applications in the fields of digital signal processing, network technology and security.
Shahaf served as Managing Partner at Vertex Venture Capital, (a Temasek Subsidiary) . Prior to joining Vertex, Shahaf was a Partner at Formula Ventures. He served as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the DSP Group, RAD Network Device and Wave Systems. Shahaf spent the formative years of his career at National Semiconductor where he held various management and development positions in Silicon Valley, Europe and Israel. Moshe Shahaf served as an officer in the Israel Defence Forces and specialized in the field of RF communication.
Shahaf holds a B.Sc., cum laude, in Electrical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, M.B.A, cum laude, from Tel Aviv University and M.A. in Law, Bar-Ilan University.
Jonathan Levy
Director
Jonathan Levy is the President of Nuvoton Technology Israel, a fully owned subsidiary of Nuvoton Technology Corporation of Taiwan. He is also the General Manager of the Advanced PC Product Center which is responsible for development and marketing of silicon-based solutions for Personal Computers and Servers.
Jonathan holds several U.S. patents. He received a bachelor's degree in electrical and electronic engineering and a master's degree in business administration (Executive MBA) from the University of Tel Aviv in Israel.
Haim Bar-David
Director, Technical Advisor
Haim Bar-David brings extensive experience in networking, cryptography, and ASIC architecture with a specialty in network processors and optimized ASIC implementation of network protocols. Haim served as Tehuti Networks' CTO, and prior to this he was employed at Siliquent Technologies, developing a 10 Gbps ASIC solution for the storage network industry. He also worked at MMC (acquired by AMCC) developing several high-end network processors. Bar-David received a BSEE from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
Eli Kohav
VP of Engineering
Eli Kohav brings 21 years of experience in the high-tech industry to Tehuti Networks. Before Tehuti Networks Kohav was an ASIC department manager at ECI, where he was instrumental in the development of a large number of ASIC and FPGA devices, including SOCs. For his work there, Kohav received ECI's senior technical degree. Prior to ECI, Kohav served at Astronautics C.A., where he worked on leading-edge avionics systems including a video graphic processor chip set. Kohav also has experience with various aspects of digital and analog hardware design.
