The company's executives have held high-level managerial positions at DSP group, Flextronics, National Semiconductor and other leading companies. Among the key players on the team are:

Moshe Shahaf, Executive Chairman of the Board COB

Moshe Shahaf is a scholar with twenty years of experience in the management of multinational engineering teams and more than dozen years of experience in international high technology venture business. Shahaf has a broad technical knowledge with a strong operational background. He acquired expertise in semiconductor technologies and applications in the fields of digital signal processing, network technology and security. Shahaf has held many highly regarded positions throughout his career. He was a Co-Founder of Prescient Venture Capital (AU), he was a Managing Partner of Vertex Venture Capital, an Israeli subsidiary of Vertex Venture Holding (SG). He was a Partner at Formula Ventures and an investment consultant to venture funds and investment banks in Israel. Shahaf served as Vice President R&D and Chief Technology Officer of the DSP Group, RAD Network Device, and Wave Systems. Shahaf spent the formative years of his career at National Semiconductor where he held various management and development positions in Silicon Valley, Europe and Israel. Moshe Shahaf served as a Major (res.) in the Israel Defense Forces R&D unit specialized in the field of RF communication.

Shahaf earned a B.Sc., in Electrical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, M.B.A, from Tel Aviv University, Masters in Law from Bar-Ilan University, and Masters in Philosophy from Tel Aviv University.

Mali Tako, Chief Financial Officer CFO

Mali Tako joined Proceed in July 2010 after working 7 years as an Accountant and Audit Team Manger at PriceWaterhousCoopers, She joined Tehuti Networks in May_2011.

Mali is Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A) and hold B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Tel-Aviv University

Nir Sever, Chief Operation Officer COO

Nir Sever brings with him more than 21 years of technological and managerial experience in advanced VLSI engineering. Prior to joining Tehuti, Nir served for 9 years as the Senior Director of VLSI Design and Technologies for Zoran Corporation, a recognized world leader in Semiconductors for the highly competitive Consumer Electronics Market. Nir was responsible for driving Zoran silicon technologies and delivering more than 10 new silicon products each year. Prior to Zoran, Nir held various managerial and technological VLSI roles at 3dfx Interactive, GigaPixel Corporation, Cadence Design Systems, ASP Solutions and Zoran Microelectronics.

Nir earned his BSEE degree from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Mishael Agami, VP Marketing & Business Development

Mishael Agami has 20 years of Design, Product Management and Marketing experience in VLSI innovative products. Prior to joining Tehuti, Mishael worked 7 years as Corporate VP and Div Manager at M-Systems (and SanDisk) Introducing the first DiskOnChip, Mega-SIM and other secured and trusted flash memory products, Three years as General Manager of Conexant/Mindspeed R&D center in Israel, leading the development of the first 12 channels DS3/E3 to SONET/ATM networking chip, VP of R&D at Butterfly VLSI introducing the first Frequency Hopping Baseband and RF chipset for multiple cordless telephony apps. Prior to Butterfly Mishael worked 13 years as VLSI design and program manager at National Semiconductor in Israel and Santa Clara.

Mishael holds B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and M.S.M degree from Boston University

Niv Sarne, Director

With solid basis in engineering as well as rich experience investment, finance and venture capital business, Niv Sarne, Market Development Manager for Noble Energy Inc., is at home in both the Israeli and the US business scene, his record includes several managerial positions. Prior to joining Noble Energy in February 2011, Sarne was the CEO of ProSeed Venture Capital for 4 years, where managed and oversaw the VC portfolio, during that period he has also served from 2010 as the CEO of Tehuti . Prior to that Sarne had his own private consulting specializing in corporate finance activities. In 2001Sarne worked at First Analysis Corporation with the chemistry-enabled businesses group in Chicago on venture capital, private equity and M&A deals

Niv holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a B.Sc. in civil engineering from the Technion (with honors).

Jonathan Levy, Director

Jonathan Levy was the President of Nuvoton Technology Israel, a fully owned subsidiary of Nuvoton Technology Corporation of Taiwan until December 2011. He was also the General Manager of the Advanced PC Product Center responsible for development and marketing of silicon-based solutions for Personal Computers and Servers and more recently additional consumer products.

Jonathan holds several U.S. patents. He received a bachelor's degree in electrical and electronic engineering and a master's degree in business administration (Executive MBA) from the University of Tel Aviv in Israel.

Eyal de-Paauw

Mr. de Paauw has been active in the Israeli and international investment market from 1996 in a variety of capacities. From February 2011 he is the CEO of ProSeed Venture Capital Fund Ltd (traded in Tel Aviv Stock Exchange) and also a consultant to Ratio Oil Exploration Ltd. Prior to joining ProSeed Mr. de Paauw was Joint CEO at Eshet Group Ltd, a private investment company. Between the years 2000-2007 Mr. de Paauw worked in Harel Insurance Group - one of the leading institutional investors in Israel, first as a Senior Investment Banker, than as the CEO of Harel Securities & Underwriting Ltd and between 2003-2007 as the Head of Private Equity, Real Estate & Infrastructure sectors.

Mr. de Paauw is a member of the Second Authority for Television & Radio Council and Chairman of the Tourism Fellowship of Modiin Regional Council. Mr. de Paauw earned a Bachelor and a Master's degrees in Law (LL.B, LL.M) and a Master's degree in Business Administration (M.B.A), all from Bar Ilan university (Israel) and with Magna Cum Laude. He is Certified as an attorney in Israel (member of The Israel Bar) and as an Investment Portfolios Manager by Israel Securities Authority.
