On Ubuntu 14.04 and later you see the following in dmesg: tn40xx: module verification failed: signature and/or required key missing - tainting kernel

The reason for this message is that Ubuntu added digital signature verification into its latest kernels.
Since Tehuti is distributing the driver as source code and the end user is building it himself, it is not digitally signed and therefore is flagged as such.
The message is informative only and can be safely ignored.
